PM3 produces Fluting and Test Liner in a basis weight range of 90 to 175 g/m2 on a 4,730 mm wide wire and with a maximum operating speed close to 1, 000 m/min. The rebuild, scheduled for August, will improve PM 3’s specific energy consumption and runnability and upgrade its sizing process by means of PMT’s latest starch metering technology.
