Estonian Cell: Investing in PulpEye and ControlEye

Estonian Cell has bought the PulpEye online analyzer for pulp classification and the refiner control system ControlEye for energy reduction. This is a breakthrough for Eurocon Analyzer in the Baltic States.

Estonian Cell, owned by Heinzel Holding GmbH, Austria and located in Kunda, Estonia, is an aspen BCTMP pulp mill with a capacity of 140 000 tpa and the production started in April 2006.

“PulpEye is sophisticated approach to collect many individual benefits to serve essential need in further fine dunning. Strategic approach to reinvest quality, stability, efficiency will strengthen pulp and paper application sustainability,” says Lauri Raid, CTO AS Estonian Cell. Estonian Cell successfully started up the PulpEye online analyzer for pulp classification and the ControlEye refiner control system for energy reduction during April.

PulpEye celebrate its 10 years anniversary 2012 and altogether 35 units have been delivered to customers in Europe and North America.
