Myllykoski: Sale to UPM completed
The transaction whereby the owners of Myllykoski Group and Rhein Papier GmbH sell the companies to UPM-Kymmene Oyj was closed on August 1.
Myllykoski's operations as an independent company have thereby ended, and the sold businesses have been transferred to UPM.
The EU Commission approved the transaction on July 13.
