This press is provided with the revolutionary Digital Flexo 3.0 technology thank to which a new “digital” standard in the production of Labels and Packaging has been set: all press operations (set up, production, quality control) are fully digitally automated and no need any manual intervention from the operator.

A Digital Camera called PrintTutor, exclusively developed by Gidue, is placed on each print unit to “read” the print quality and substitute the eyes of the operator. Seven servo motors per print unit, PrintTutor +, substitute the fingers of the operator by digitally adjusting the print pressures and the register. During set up and production the Digital Flexo technology continues to “read” the print quality, the print pressures, the print register, and adjusts automatically all the variables.

Furthermore the Gidue Digital Flexo technology allows for lowest running costs in the industry : the shortest wastes and times ever produced by a narrow web press (less than 10 meters, and 2 minutes, on any job, printing and die-cutting). M3 Digital Flexo press is dedicated to the Labels & Packaging market and can handle self-adhesive labels, 15 µm unsupported PET, 20 µm BOPP, 38 µm BOPP for mineral water, all shrink sleeves, laminated tubes and up to 350 gsm carton.
