Another Successful Daco D250R Installation Into Europe

A newly formed company places its trust in Daco Solutions to provide a 2 die station Daco D250R die cut to register machine for its production facility. The client brought several types of materials for testing on a Daco DTD250R and was immediately surprised by the accuracy of the machine and ease of setup when compared to another machine that had been tested.

Following on from the visit it was decided a larger model was required and the order was placed for a Daco D250R with 2 die stations, closed loop tension control and lamination facility.

Primarily the machine will be used for die cutting to register work from a small digital label press and will be over laminated giving extra durability to the labels.  The machine will also be used to die cut blank labels for the thermal transfer market, electronics market, medical and the automotive industry. The client visited the Daco factory for 2 days training on the machine and again tested many types of high value materials for the electronics industry prior to delivery of the machine.
