Paperworld 2013: Favini Crush eco-friendly paper mentioned as innovative product

During the Paperworld 2013 in Frankfurt, which ended on January 29, Favini Crush has been mentioned as one of the most innovative products presented during the event.

Especially, the organizers recognized in the new range of paper Favini, a product with a story to tell: Crush it is the first and only range of ecological papers made with by–products from organic products (corn, citrus and kiwi fruits, olives, almonds, hazelnuts and coffee beans), replacing as much as 15% of traditional wood pulps. At a time of increasing resource scarcity, Favini, after hundreds of hours of research and fine tuning,  was able to relieve the pressure on forests and to give a new life to waste, elevating them to the raw material.

Says Andrea Nappa, CEO Favini: "We are proud that Crush has been chosen by the organizers of Paperworld as an example of innovation. In Favini, we strongly believe in this new product and we believe that our commitment to produce a paper with a high value of sustainability will be repaid by the interest of the market.”
