The distance runner: Roland 700HiPrint HS

The Roland 700 HiPrint HS (High Speed) is Manroland’s t highly-automated, 18,000 sph high production workhorse. It is especially designed for long print runs in packaging printing and high-volume commercial printing. According to the company printers can expect up to 25 percent increase in productivity, depending on the print run structure and press configuration.

The Roland 700 HiPrint HS completes Manroland’s B1 press series and heralds its entry into true ‘One Touch’ press control with autoprint smart - a solution loaded with features for greater production efficiency.

QuickChange Job automatic start-up sequencing, self-learning ink slide presetting and network software with Inline Colour control, PressManager perfect and IntegrationPilot Plus are all offered on-press to ensure maximum performance at the highest production speeds.

A new HS feeder has been built in for improved vibration resistance, air control, sheet separation and sheet transfer, along with virtually continuous pile elevation control.

The HiPrint HS’s new HS delivery is also equipped with SelectDryer IR/TL Performance, a new dryer for even more efficient and rapid drying of inks and coatings.
