Leibinger strengthens Security Printing Solutions business unit

Leibinger has strategically and organisationally restructured its long-established numbering machines business, which has operated under the name Security Printing Solutions (SPS) since 1 October 2026. The new structure brings together the company’s expertise in high-security printing, strengthens its focus on international customers and lays the foundations for the continued, targeted development of this specialist business area.

Experienced industry expert takes the lead

The business unit will be led by Dietmar Waizenegger as Head of Security Printing Solutions. Waizenegger has many years of experience in the international market for security printing solutions and previously spent many successful years working for Leibinger in this business area. He combines in-depth technical expertise with strong sales and management skills.

In his new role, Waizenegger will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the business unit. His priorities will include supporting international customers, managing the product portfolio and successfully delivering demanding customer projects.
