Fiery acquires Inèdit Software

Fiery, LLC announced that it has entered into an agreement with EFI Reggiani to acquire all interests in Spanish specialty print technology company Inèdit Software. A leader across a broad range of digital textile printing applications, Inèdit’s products and technologies will complement Fiery’s specialty print software portfolio to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for printers around the world.

With the acquisition of Inèdit, Fiery will expand its product portfolio to offer a complete range of software solutions for the digital textile and specialty printing markets. Inèdit’s well-respected software products like neoStampa and neoTextil will complement Fiery’s Digital Factory family of solutions to serve a broad range of print applications such as fashion and apparel, home decor, soft signage, and direct-to-film (DTF) printing.

Inèdit’s suite of products will benefit print service providers seeking greater capabilities in a range of print applications:

  • neoStampa offers a powerful RIP software tool for digital textile printing, delivering flawless colors and streamlined production.
  • neoTextil lets print providers design plug-ins for Adobe Photoshop™, from smart separations to instant colorations, letting print providers design faster, smarter, and ready for production.
  • neoCatalog offers a comprehensive solution for organizing designs and comprehensively managing workflows.
  • neoMatch uses inline color measurement instruments and imported color references like Pantone to obtain maximum color accuracy when calibrating color libraries.

“From day one, Fiery’s vision has been to empower print providers to deliver exactly what their customers imagine. Inèdit’s software has always impressed us, particularly in textile print segments like direct-to-fabric and dye sublimation. With this acquisition, Fiery can now expand its industry-leading print software solutions portfolio into a wider range of applications – making Fiery a true one-stop-shop for all digital production print providers,” said Toby Weiss, CEO, Fiery.

The acquisition is expected to close in 2025 following the proper regulatory review period.

Fiery intends to maintain Inèdit’s existing brand identities, product independence, and partner and customer bases. In the future, Fiery intends to enrich Inèdit’s future product offerings with Fiery’s industry-leading expertise in color and imaging, job management, RIP performance, and device integration, offering even stronger solutions for specialty print providers around the world.
