Hubergroup is Cradle to Cradle certified for the fourth time in a row
The American Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute has honoured the global printing ink specialist hubergroup for the fourth time in a row for its pioneering standards in terms of environmental protection, sustainability and social commitment. The Cradle to Cradle (C2C) certification is a comprehensive certification system that aims to make products and materials more sustainable throughout their entire life cycle. The most important criterion for an award is a holistic commitment in the areas of material health, product circularity, renewable energy, water stewardship and social responsibility.
Plasmatreat Iberia is growing
Plasmatreat Iberia S.L., a subsidiary of Plasmatreat GmbH, Germany, is further expanding its presence on the Iberian Peninsula. Existing and new customers can now rely on even closer support for their questions and applications in the field of plasma pretreatment systems. New Heidelberg B3 inkjet printing system Jetfire 50 starts demo operation in the Print Media Center
Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) is turning the entry into industrial digital commercial printing announced at drupa 2024 together with its cooperation partner Canon into reality. The new Jetfire 50 B3 inkjet printing system from Heidelberg, which was showcased at the industry's leading trade fair, is now going into demo operation at the Print Media Center (PMC) at the Wiesloch-Walldorf site and is available for demonstrations to interested parties.
SIG launches second project with WWF Switzerland
In partnership with WWF Switzerland and WWF Malaysia, SIG has launched a three and half-year forest landscape project in Malaysia’s Ulu Muda Forest Complex through WWF’s Forests Forward program. The project aims to improve the management of more than 170,000 hectares and pilot the restoration of 25 hectares.

For some time now, wide-format static cling vinyl has been one of the go-to products for those companies producing short-term retail window graphics.
